Ingredients
250g Butter250g Castor sugar
250g Plain Flour
3 eggs
4 Ripe Bananas - Finely mashed
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Method
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.2. Add eggs in one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas. Then add in sifted flour together with baking powder.
3. Pour batter into prepared tin.
4. Bake at 180C for about 45 mins or until skewer comes out clean when pushed into the thickest part of the cake.
5. Stand for a few minutes before transferring cake onto wire rack to cool.
I'm very happy with my cakes lately. All turned out yummy and moist! Enjoy and Happy baking!!
